ROUND 2 CUSTOMS FAQ

Pre-Orders for hats are closed. I will open General Sales once I have the hats in hand and have allocated inventory to those who pre-ordered. We have now started shipping coins, hats, and books.
WHY ARE YOU TAKING PRE-ORDERS?
Well, in order for said future projects to become a reality, I need funding up front because I can't front all that is needed to do so. This page is like a Kickstarter; you pledge funds behind products you like and if it hits funding goal, that is when your account is charged. If the funding does not reach your goal, your account will be not be charged.
WHAT'S DIFFERENT ABOUT ROUND 2 CUSTOMS?
Aside from brand new designs, I'm using a different process system to take pre-orders. If a project doesn't hit the goal, you aren't charged, right? HOWEVER, the advantage of this new system ("Celery") is if the backers still want the item to get made, the item raises up in price (with manufacturers, you pay more if there are less orders), the backers will confirm/approve the price raise, and we reach the funding needed, and the item gets made. If the backer does not approve the price raise, they can cancel their pre-order. (I've tried/tested this with the new format/system and it worked for me, but we'll see if it works outside isolated trials.)
HOW DO I PRE-ORDER?
Go to this page (LINK). Review the products. Read all the FAQ on this page. Then go ALL the way down to the bottom of the Round 2 Customs page (LINK). Click on the big "PRE-ORDER NOW" button. (It'll lead you to a different site called "Celery", which allows you to pre-order without charging your card. If funding goals are/aren't reached, you can still edit your shipping address). Alternatively, click on the big "PRE-ORDER NOW" button immediately below.
WHAT IS CELERY?
Celery is a pre-order platform used by many companies and start-ups. You can read their FAQ here (LINK).
WHY ARE THE PRICES HIGHER/DIFFERENT?
Well, I actually had to finance some parts of Round 1 out of my own pocket. I didn't account for shipping/taxes/import duties (for the huge shipment of snapbacks), prototype fees, payment processor monthly fees, shipping software monthly fees, as well as needing extra equipment (label maker/stamp printer, scale, gum tape dispenser, etc.). This doesn't include the time I spent answering questions, updating the site, reconciling refunds/change of address/joining shipping orders, as well as packing/shipping products out. It's practically a full time job.
In addition, the price difference goes to monthly fees for the new pre-order system/format processor and billing/invoice management. I figure investing in such software like these would make my life easier (and reduce errors/make this whole process more efficient). The new pre-order system will let the buyers themselves combine/edit their orders as well as update their shipping addresses. Less headaches for everyone.
Good news! SnapBack shipping prices will go down for US buyers, as I've figured out a new process by trial and error. This means we're moving from a flat rate system to an item/weight/distance based system. This new process also accounts for miscellaneous things like shipping supplies and equipment. I may also be looking into having a shipping company send items out for me. (Let me tell you, the thought process and effort needed of shipping out 500-750 snapbacks for Round 1 is very daunting/exhausting.)
How much is shipping?
United States: $3.00 for first item + $0.50 for each additional item
Canada: $5.00 for first item + $1.00 for each additional item
International: $7.00 for first item + $2.50 for each additional item
United States: $7.50 for first item + $2.50 for each additional item
Canada: $20.00 Flat Rate
International: $25.00 Flat Rate
Sorry, international shipping is still expensive. All shipping options are via USPS First Class Mail with no insurance or tracking. This shipping option does not include any tariffs, taxes or import fees.
I ORDERED A MIXTURE OF SNAPBACKS AND COINS. ARE YOU GOING TO SHIP THEM TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY? DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR EACH TIME YOU SHIP?
I ship them as soon as they come to me. So yes, that means coins will be shipped together and SnapBacks shipped together. You don't have to separately pay for each time I ship, as Celery has already factored that in your order total. Additionally, I don't really have a warehouse to hold these items, so as soon as I have them in hand, I want to get them out the door.
CAN I PICK-UP MY STUFF FROM YOU?
Sure. If you're ever down in San Diego, I can be amenable to that. Contact me with your order number and say you want to pick it up in San Diego. I'll refund you your shipping costs.
YOU'RE CHARGING FOR TAXES NOW?
Yes, I have to charge taxes for those who reside in the same state that I do business in aka California.
WHERE CAN I See The STATUS OF THE FUNDING GOAL OF an item?
You can check the current status of an item's funding goal by going on this page (LINK) viewing the caption under the item's picture. It'll say "Current Status". I will try to update the funding status daily at 10:00 PM PST.
WHY IS ______ NOT HERE?
I'm still working on updating the site as well as revising designs and negotiating prices with manufacturers.

I CHANGED MY MIND; I DON'T WANT THE ITEM ANYMORE. CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Yes, you can get your money back as long as you request a refund before I ship the pre-orders. You can cancel your pre-order by going on Celery's website. Once you cancel on Celery's website, contact me and inform me that you canceled your pre-order, just to double-check that you won't get charged.
WHAT IF I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS AND ONLY WANTED TO CANCEL ONE ITEM AND GET A REFUND?
Yes, you can get your money back as long as you request a refund before I ship the pre-orders. To cancel only one item from your pre-order, contact me with your order number and tell me which one you wanted canceled. I'll do the rest from my end.
I CHANGED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS.
You can go to Celery's website, go to your order and change your address. Once you change your address on Celery's website, contact me (with your order information, etc.) and inform me that you change your address to a different one (give me new address), just to double-check that it got changed in my records.
I FORGOT TO ORDER ________ TO THE REST OF MY ORDER/ I WANT TO ADD TO AN ORDER/I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER.
To change change/add to your pre-order, contact me with your order number and tell me which one you wanted changed/added. I'll do the rest from my end.
ARE YOU MAKING ANY PROFIT OUT OF THIS?
No, I'm not. Any mark-ups on items are to cover overhead costs (shipping supplies, time spent packing/shipping, etc.) and fees (for transaction charges, website hosting, etc.).
MY CARD WAS DECLINED.
